Treasurers Report;

Status of Annual Assessments
Second Notice - Past Due statements were mailed on June 4th
       9 of our 93 owners owe for only 2018  @ 65.00
11 owners still owe 2018 and for prior years:
           5 owe for 2017 & 2018    (4 @ 136.68, 1 @ 115.40)
           5 owe for 2016 -2018  (4 @ 215.17. 1 @ 210.59)
           Lot 47 owes for 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018 @ 304.22
On June 20, 2017 we had 26 owners past due, so this year is a bit better.
         Lot 82 paid 85, instead of the 65 due - I applied as a credit for 2019
Lot 74 made the check payable to me, so I endorsed to the HOA & kept copies
Properties Sold
Title inquiries for 4 properties this spring - all sold
   Lots 8, 71, 75, 80
Our Park on Fircrest
I spoke to Fred, the owner of Progressive Landscapes on June 5, and also sent a letter with our          payment for May.
Told them to turn on the sprinkler system & asked if watering twice a week would be sufficient;      watering should be at night or very early in the morning.
Reminded them to remove the blackberry vines from the shrub border.
Pending - buy a picnic table to replace the decayed wood table removed in 2016
Is there any progress to report?

Directors & Officers Liability - no bill received yet, but it will be due before August 11
Fidelity Bond is $170.10  due before August 14
