• 26 of our 93 owners are "past due" - 2nd notice mailed 6/13
• 21 owe only 2016
3 owe for 2015 & 2016
• Lot 4 owes for 4 years 2013-2016
• Lot 57 owner died shortly after lien was filed owes 2011-2016
• Lot 36 Beck, deceased - Estate Administrator responded to 2nd Notice & will pay
• Lot 14 Dover Ct house sold. Title company researching why we weren't paid
Kitsap Bank CD matured 6/11/16
• Rolled to 18 month CD @ .10% due 12/11/2017 $8,273.15
Insurance bills pending
• D&O Director & Officer premium increased $52 = $1 ,260 due before 8/11
• Fidelity Bond (written for 3 signers) = 170.10 due before 8/14
• Liability not yet received. Expect $250 due before 8/11
Foreclosures
• Lot 42 on Parkington - Wells Fargo Mortgage paid 2016 dues
• ServiceLink - buyer Habitate Rehab Inc to settle 7/6/16
• Issue with man in the house
• Lot 60 on Saxon Ct - Foreclosure notice received 6/14 owes for 2015-2016
• Trustee sale set for 10/21/16
• Appears 2013 Foreclosure was modified in October 2015
• Occupants moved out in early June
• Lot 80 on Empress Ct - foreclosed, now HUD owned. Limited dues paid
Title Inquiries
• 7 to date in 2016 (some lots more than once)
• County Assessor: Sales Jan 2015 to April 2016 = 11 in our HOA
