    • 7 of 93 still owe for 2016 7 + 1 partial = 8
    • 3 of 93 still owe for 2015 1 for 2015-2016, 1 for 2013-2016
    • Lot 57 owes for 2011 - 2016
    • Owner died following the lien placement
    • Foreclosure auction end of February was cancelled
    • Son is going to hold onto the property
    • Lien still in limbo as we are a junior lien holder
    • 2 title companies have paid 2016 for lots 65 and 38 paid for 2017 @ 2016 rate of $63
    • Lot 64 paid ahead for 3 years at $63
    • 2016 Net Loss of $105.34 even with receipt of $252 "future years" assessments

      • Minimum cost of $650 for shutoff valve double check valve at shut off replacement
      • West Sound upping meter for $2.80 up 2.80/month to new rate 52.80/month

      • CPI up 2.2%
