Must have the money up front to work with the County
Not just HOA, also any street that touches Fircrest
$33 a house, one time assessment of the HOA.

Neighborhood Watch and when to call 911
Several homes have installed cameras, strongly encouraged for other households
To form a Neighborhood watch
Quarterly meetings
Actual organization with the Sheriff
Get a sign
See something suspicious call 911, Sheriff will determine the threal level and if deputies need to be dispatched
There is an existing Conifer Park Neighborhood  watch Facebook group, that does not appear to be an actual Neighborhood watch but it a great

Concerns over tenants
Dogs
Must be on leash
Waste must be picked up and disposed of
Improvements that need approval
Exterior Paint
Fencing
Purpose of the ARC is to ensure compliance and to help keep the neighborhood warm and welcoming. 
Letters are the only recourse for enforcement of reported violations.  ARC will respond if the Homeowner wants to work with the ARC
