- Lot 37 paid their dues and needed a letter of proof.

- Lot 42 property now in foreclosure
- More than likely will not see any money for fines
- Gerry would to start fining on Lot 3 with trash and branches
- Not enough Board members to vote
- Letter sent to Lot 67 to get the trash and issues addressed.
