Introductions: Neighbors and HOA officers

 

Treasurers Report-   Treasurers report distributed. It was noted that the HOA saved money by not watering the park and that the CD from last year brought in enough funds to have taxes paid on it. Insurance was referenced as the HOA’s greatest expense. Report approved.

 

HOA Elections:

 

Treasurer: Nancy Rollins was nominated. She accepted the nomination. Nancy was established as treasurer through universal consent.

 

Secretary: Kristen Black was nominated. She accepted the nomination. Kristen was established as secretary through universal consent.

 

Vice President: Rick Chapman was nominated. He accepted the nomination. Rick was established as vice president through universal consent.

 

President: Dave Black was nominated. He accepted the nomination. Dave was established as president through universal consent.

 

Board Position: Steve Ebner was nominated. He accepted the nomination. Steve was established as a board member through universal consent.

 

2nd Board Position: Jason Jablonski offered to step aside for his last year as a board member if anyone wanted to take his place. No one came forward. 

 

ARC: ARC members introduced themselves and explained their role. Opened the floor for questions. No questions were posed. 

 

Park Report: All attendees were invited to join the Park Committee. A point was raised that dog owners that pick up poop should throw it away in their own garbage cans at home, not in the can of a neighbor near the park. 

 

HOA Picnic: Next annual meeting will be August 6, 2025 in the HOA park. Dinner at 6pm, meeting at 6:30.

 

 

Meeting closed by majority. One ‘nay’ vote.
