Status of Annual Assessments - Due on

Assessment in full = 85%
• 14 owners owe for 1 or more
years
• Total past due (including liens) =
$2,639.31
• Liens filed on two properties on Oct
1, 2019
Expenses
• Park Improvements:
• The new fence & the two benches
were installed in 2019; cost = $3,619.10
• Still need to buy & install new
signs + mutt mitt dispenser & bags
• Park expenses:
• West Sound Utility District: monthly
meter fee of $60 plus cost of water • Progressive Landscapes LLC:
• Weekly during growing season
• Once or twice a month during
winter
• Insurance: All renewed in July -
