Treasurers Report: 68 owners have paid their 2025 dues in full. Twenty-five owners owe dues for 1 or more years. There are currently two homes with liens against them. Expenses include newsletter printing and printing of dues notices. No bill received yet for recent park landscaping. Report Approved.
Treasurer Replacement: No volunteers have come forward with interest to be the new treasurer. Olwyn will work with Nancy to define the requirements of the role. Rick will speak with an accountant about taking on the treasurer responsibilities.
New Business: Many neighbors were affected by recent power surge.
HOA Picnic: The annual picnic is scheduled for August 6, 2025 at 6:30 pm at the HOA park on Fircrest. Owners and renters are welcome!
Next Meeting: June 17th at 7 pm.
