- Lot 57 owes for 2011 - 2016
- Owner died following the lien placement
- Foreclosure auction end of February was cancelled
- Son is going to hold onto the property
- Lien still in limbo as we are a junior lien holder
- 2 title companies have paid 2016 for lots 65 and 38 paid for 2017 @ 2016 rate of $63
- Lot 64 paid ahead for 3 years at $63
- 2016 Net Loss of $105.34 even with receipt of $252 "future years" assessments
